Just like Xiao Yang, Tea Master Yu Wei also hails from China's Sichuan province -- specifically Ya'an, a city that has been steeped in tea culture and renowned for rare teas for over 2,000 years. After undergoing 3 years of training in tea history, brewing and tea arts, Yu Wei joined our Si Chuan Dou Hua family in 2011. But being a Tea Master did not come without its interesting moments. "I was performing Kungfu tea pouring during a charity event at a venue where space was limited. My kettle hit the ceiling and its nose got bent! But I quickly remedied the 'injury' and continued with the performance anyway. It was quite an occasion to remember!"
